Why is blogger an effective means of communication?


Blogger is an effective way of communication because you can get on it from any computer or phone, you can edit your backgrounds and customize it, you can show your parents at home your work and how your getting on, you get email notifications for it on your phone as it is a mobile app, you can edit your work without having to completely re write it, you can view your others friends work and comment on it, you can receive feedback on your work from your friends and teachers, you can also change the privacy settings to ensure that only certain people of your choosing can view your page

M1 Limitations

For the devices i have chosen the limitations are as follows:

• Printer
• Computer
• Projector
• Camera
• Graphics Tablet    

The limitations for the printer is the printing speed. It is not the most up to date printer and so the speed will not be as fast as other possible printers that could be purchased, the size of paper it can cope with and the thickness of paper it can cope with.

The limitation for the projector is the brightness of the bulbs and the cost of replacement bulbs they are abut £200, the size of the actual projection, some of them are very low resolution.

The limitation for the camera is how long the battery lasts on it, how many pictures it can actually store, pixels on the camera.

The limitations for the computer is the hard drive size, every year computers are getting more advanced so really you will probably only have this certain computer for a year.

Copyright Law:
Copyright is a legal concept, in which the maker of a brand copyright their product, so that other companies cannot copy or steal their idea of the product. Copyright is very useful because it means that a brand can be individual.

For example the Adidas sign cannot be copied because it is Adidas's own logo and they have copyrighted it. Any company that tries to copy the Adidas logo is liable for a lawsuit.


Intellectual Property

Intellectual property (IP) is a legal concept which refers to creations of the mind for which exclusive rights are recognized. Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; discoveries and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs. Common types of intellectual property rights include copyright, trademarks, patents, industrial rights, trade dress, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets.

For example if you used someone else's music that they had wrote, and you took credit for it you are liable for a lawsuit.

P3 AND P4

This is my band logo. I made it using  illustrator. I used Illustrator to make the band logo because it gives you various options for fonts and i like to use different fonts. I designed this logo myself, i saved the image and inserted it. I sent the image to the back so that the text stood out.

This is my tour dates flyer for pigswoggles tour of Europe. I used power point because it is simple and allows me to put my logo that I made on illustrator on it. I put individual text box's for each bit of text and put the image to the back and make the text stand out.

I created the band logo on photoshop. I got the images off of Google images, and put them together in one whole picture using the gradient tool. I then inserted font into the middle to say 'pigswoggle'. I used a lasso cut tool to cut parts of the image out that i did not want.
